Gone to them for more than a few services and theyve always done a good job. Most recently, my car was misfiring and I asked the guys for some advice about it while they were doing my oil change, and what they said ended up fixing the issue which saved me from going to a shop and spending way more. Will definitely continue to be coming here.

I was fit in immediately for my oil change. The price was more than the neighboring competitor, but the convenience made up for it.
I had a quote done for some repair work, and when I compared my quote with the 10 point inspection, they contradicted each other. The inspection stated my serpentine belt was ok, the quote said I needed it repaired. So tell me, was it because they saw a woman alone? Not cool.

Had my van in for a bunch of oil related work it needed and we had chatted about my cracked exhaust pipe when making the appointment. I thought they did it with the other work because we talked about it. Due to my misunderstanding, it turns out it actually wasn’t on the work order. I popped in a few days later to chat about it and they ended up being able to replace it right then! These guys do their best to work miracles. I’m very happy. They are friendly and efficient.

I had a wonderful experience here! They took the time to explain everything in detail and even did a quick inspection around my car to ensure it was safe, without pressuring me to fix anything right away. They were incredibly helpful and honest! I'll definitely be back when it’s time for repairs. Thank you so much, everyone—I’ve been searching for the right garage for a while, and I’ve finally found it!

I was more then satisfied with a job well done they were quick, efficient, very friendly, and the prices are more then fair. If i ever need more work done on my vehicle I would definitely go to North Island Lube. There is no job to small they will welcome you always, best part drive up when ever appointments aren’t necessary

Went in for an oil change, they didn't have the filter for my truck, I said no problem if I go buy the filter can you do the oil change? One guy said sure, so I go buy it and then I'm told by someone else they won't use it as it will "void my warranty". Told 2 different things they need to figure it out. Went to Great Canadian Oil Change instead and it was no problem at all.
